Riverside Heights! Two Story Townhouse with a View

Positive: Location was so good and well maintained the cleanliness . Kitchen was well maintained and equipped. Negative: We stayed at this townhouse for two nights, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The property has four bedrooms but no air conditioning or fans in the bedrooms at all. There was only one AC unit in the hall, which is completely insufficient for a large, two-storey townhouse. The house was extremely hot—almost unbearable. We could not sleep the first night and ended up sleeping in the hall near the AC. When we contacted the property owner, we were told to keep the AC running at maximum and that it would cool the entire house. Realistically, one AC cannot cool a large two-storey home, and it did not work as claimed. The second night was just as uncomfortable, and we were again unable to sleep properly. Despite raising the issue, the response remained the same, with no practical solution offered. This setup is not suitable for a house of this size, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone, nor would we ever stay here again.

Positive: great location close to everything house is tidy and very comfortable

It was nice, beautiful view but driveway was a bit annoying Positive: The House was beautiful & everything was set up nicely Negative: However, there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the wifi password was incorrect, “the cleaning fee” is a bit overboard and sucks not being optional/cleaning up after ourselves instead & the host didn’t reply to any of my messages regarding the check in time- we wanted to request an earlier check in as we were coming from Auckland and early for a family function that morning.
